We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant and welcoming nurseries in Nelson. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and learning of young children, ensuring they thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the development of children aged 0-5 years.
2. Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that foster growth, creativity, and learning.
3. Observing and assessing children's progress and sharing information with parents and colleagues.
4. Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
5. Maintaining high standards of health and safety, safeguarding, and hygiene.
6. Working closely with the team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Essential Requirements:
1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
2. Experience working in a childcare setting.
3. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
6. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
