GSA has policies in place that ensure each person living within their property receives the same opportunities, support, and chance to better themselves and their general lifestyle.
About the Service
Members of staff work with the client as their keyworker. Clients work with their keyworker to evidence that they are meeting their support needs and that they can maintain their tenancies so that they can move on to independent accommodation.
The keyworker assists each Client in identifying their support needs and empowering them to acquire the skills to achieve their objectives as set out within the support plan which is reviewed monthly with their keyworker.
