Familiarity with process mapping tools and software such as Visio or Lucidchart. Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Project Management can be advantageous. Ability to handle politically sensitive environments. Experience with complex, convoluted processes. Ability to analyse complex data and processes to identify areas for improvement. The role will involve analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and deploying solutions. As Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the current rostering process. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to enhance operational performance and improve the user experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for process improvement across all rostering operations by breaking down existing processes to understand how they work, where bottlenecks occur, and where potential inefficiencies lie. When issues arise, you will dig deep to uncover the underlying reason, not just the surface symptoms to help prevent the same problem from recurring. Employ such methods as Lean Six Sigma or similar to eliminate waste and reduce variation in processes, leading to significant improvements. Use data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, track progress, and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Work with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery of CI initiatives. Work alongside the Change team and the User Experience Team to ensure alignment and shared understanding to allow the implementation of changes smoothly, addressing resistance and ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders. Sharing your knowledge and skills with others to foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation. Managing the development log and having regular review meetings with all resolver groups to monitor and report on progress.
