Based at five UK locations, we provide specialist E&I inspection, maintenance and project services to all parts of the Offshore & Onshore Energy sector, Pharmaceutical and Marine industries. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure consistent delivery of customer service and to proactively contribute to the Engineering Service department strategy through personnel logistics processes and operations. Objective: The primary objective of this role is to coordinate all appointed client logistic operations within the department to achieve customer satisfaction inline with company strategy. Role Responsibilities: •Effectively manage a resource pool of technicians to ensure maximum utilisation across all scopes of work. •Responsible for the coordination and effectiveness of all allocated Personnel Logistics mobilisations, accommodation, travel & visa requirements •Responsible for the overall coordination of fulfilling resourcing requirements for allocated scopes, reflecting actual and planned movements of personnel including the management of availability and onshore commitments. Project Planning & Management •Work closely and communicate regularly with Project Coordinators/Engineers in relation to work scope and manpower status. •Communicate & liaise with client aviation departments for helicopter flight bookings. •Participate in the weekly personnel planning meeting. •Liaise with the People & Development team to ensure all offshore personnel are fully compliant, in line with company competency requirements, ahead of mobilisation. •Arrange travel and accommodation as required ensuring travel is arranged as per contractual and operational requirements and in line with work instructions. •Issue check in details for offshore personnel, as provided by client aviation department. •Ensure Dron & Dickson’s full compliance with IR35 requirements through the management of Status Determination Assessments, ongoing monitoring and Statement of Works. •Ensure Dron & Dickson personnel resources meet vantage mobilisation requirements, adhering to client specific pre-mob training requirements and any other additional requirements to the work scope. •Track and monitor annual leave requests for PAYE employees. •Utilise Vantage to ensure the accurate tracking and update of personnel. •Update the companies in-house databases, Cezanne and Intact IQ, to ensure all personnel movements and relevant documentation are accurately reflected. HSEQ Responsibilities: · Comply with all Dron & Dickson’s integrated managements system including all policies and Procedures · Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting. · Act ethically and with integrity · Ensure all health and safety training is undertaken. · Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
