Role Overview:
As our Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities run smoothly. You'll manage both hard and soft facilities services while implementing cost-effective practises. Your expertise will directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and pleasant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver planned preventative maintenance for both soft and hard facilities activities while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Coordinate service contractor visits and keep service schedules up-to-date, liaising with stakeholders effectively.
Conduct contractor risk assessments, site inductions, and issue work permits as necessary.
Manage site contracts and budgets while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Oversee clean and waste management services to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
Act as the administrator for the Facilities Helpdesk, ensuring prompt action on requests.
Prepare business justifications, specifications, and support quotations.
