The role will be to work in the General Recruitment Team covering roles in Both Coleraine and Foyle with the Commercial/ industrial and Professional Sectors. The Job will involve on a daily basis Dealing with Client Companies and discussing and Reviewing their Recruitment Requirements Preparing Recruitment Adverts and Social Media posts Screening Advert Response Arranging Recruitment Interviews Business Development through Sales Calls and Other Marketing Methods Open Days/ Job Fairs Meeting Sales Targets Fulfilling Client Staffing Requirements. The role is a Varied one in a fast moving Sector and requires a well organised and motivated person Applicants will ideally comes from a Sales orientated background were they have experience of dealing with Clients to a Senior Level. Full Training is provided. Hours are 8.45am to 5.00pm Daily. This is an Office based role only. Driving Licence and Own Car are essential. Non Drivers will not be considered.
