Job Description
As the PACT Program Assistant, you will provide integral operational support to our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This position will play a significant role in ensuring that the PACT teams run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Working under the direction of the Team Leader, the PACT Program Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations.
Other responsibilities include:
* Providing receptionist activities, including triaging calls, and being the first point of contact.
* Coordinating communication between the team and persons served.
* Deescalating situations with persons served who have increases of symptomatology, and assisting persons served, their families, and agencies to get answers to questions.
* Maintaining accounting and budget records for persons served and program expenditures.
* Operating and coordinating the management information system.
* Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required.
* 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
* Must be able to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment.
* Must complete PACT Module Training within 3 months of hire.
* Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, professional licensure, and driving record check.

Schedule: 40
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Driving Requirements: No Drivers License check or vehicle required.
