Future Teachers – Graduate Teaching Assistant Central Manchester Working in partnership with a national teaching school in Greater Manchester, Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit three Graduate Teaching Assistants who are considering a future career as a teacher. If you are interested in pursuing a role in the education sector, this is the ideal role for you to gain relevant experience in advance of taking on a teacher training programme. Through Teaching Personnel’s ‘Future Teachers Programme’, graduates who are confident and motivated for a role in a secondary school or college will embark on a year’s programme as a Teaching Assistant to support within one of our partner secondary schools. The successful graduates will gain relevant school-based experience and a wide range of skills on how to perform administrative tasks, work with students in small groups and cover lessons.
