ACE EDUCATION is looking for its PROJECT ASSISTANT (work placement) to work within the AMOS London campus to assist the current Corporate relations Officer on the AMOS Lab; develop and coordinate the Spring and Summer programmes. You will be managed by the Director of the AMOS London campus. A - AMOS (LONDON) LAB coordination Established in November 2018 in London, AMOS Lab is a department of AMOS Sport Business School. It is defined as the “LABoratory of innovation and evolutions of the sport industry”. AMOS Lab responds to the demands of sports stakeholders, i.e., registered charities, companies, federations, leagues, clubs, organising committees, etc … and acts as a designer, organiser, and project support for the development of the sports market. Your Missions: volunteering: Prospecting the registered charities linked to sports to accompany them in the organisation of events. Reception and processing of requests, creation of databases. Mobilisation, monitoring and supervision of student teams in the implementation and effective implementation of event projects proposed within AMOS Lab. Academic experience: Research student academic projects, canvassing sports organisations and registered charities to help them in their fundraising missions, communications and events organisation. Follow-up and supervision of students in carrying out consultations and studies in progress. B – LONDON SEMINARS coordination – Spring and Summer programmes Your main missions include: Booking and confirming site visits. Booking and securing the teachers and conference/workshop speakers and lecturers Managing the timetables Preparing schedules and timetables Creating all associated documents: - administrative (registers, welcome letters, special needs, code of conduct charter, etc.) - Specific processes linked to the safeguarding of students, rules, etc… Communicating with students and HQ/international department on a regular basis C – COMMUNICATIONS and EVENTS assistance Coordinating the photo and video content of the different programmes and events Assisting in the editing and posting of content Building a communications plan for the different seminars.
