Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Chef, you will lead our culinary team in creating innovative and delicious food experiences for Defence. Your primary focus will be on preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
You will oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our services.
Another important aspect of this role is supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts. You will also represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image, ensuring that our kitchens are well-stocked and maintaining hygiene standards.
Requirements for this role include a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, experience supervising a team, and experience in a similar Chef role. A Food Hygiene certificate and a flexible approach to working are also necessary.
Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career advancement within our company.
