We are seeking an experienced office Administrator to book telephone appointments with clients, schedule calendars, and coordinate files to completion. It’s a very busy and varied role. The applicant must love making calls and speaking to people.
Required Skills:
* Excellent time management, organisation, punctuality and priority skills
* Excellent IT Skills
* Excellent Telephone Manner required
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Attention to detail
* Proclaim Case Management experience preferred but not essential
* Bilingual candidates preferred, but not essential
