Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join their team for a 6-month assignment. The successful candidate will have strong experience in sports or medical litigation or working within a regulated environment, ideally with in-house legal experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a complex legal matter and work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on legal strategy, risk management, and case progression.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
* Draft legal documents, motions, and other necessary filings.
* Manage litigation timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
* Represent the client in legal proceedings, as required.
Qualifications:
* Qualified lawyer with proven experience in litigation.
* Exposure to sports, medical litigation, or a regulated environment is highly desirable.
* In-house legal experience is preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle complex legal issues with attention to detail.
* Proven track record of managing litigation matters successfully.
