An opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent communication, administrative, motivational, and supervisory skills to join the Team Leaders team in Health Records, Ninewells Hospital. The role of the Team Leader will include supervision and workload management of the appointments staff, liaising with all staff within the Health Records service, as well as supporting the development and implementation of new working practices.
Applicants should have a polite telephone manner, good oral/written communication skills, and advanced keyboard skills. Telephone contact with patients and service managers requires a very professional manner, tact, and diplomacy. Knowledge of Trakcare, NHS Tayside waiting time standards, and daily departmental systems and procedures working within a Health Records Clerical Officer role or equivalent would be advantageous.

Hours of work are: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
