In this position, you will be based in one of our offices in Bristol, Skipton, or Edinburgh for a minimum of three days a week. You will have the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.

About the Team
We are seeking a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Operations team. Our Talent Acquisition team deals with high-volume recruitment campaigns across the business, partnering with operational teams to hire Customer Service Representatives, Team Leaders & Managers, Adjudicators & more.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, supporting the delivery of team objectives, projects, and SLAs. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple hiring demands simultaneously.
* Recruiting for complex role types across the organization.
* Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Leadership team to support project activity.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to agree advertising, sourcing, and assessment strategies.
* Serving as a peer coach and role model to TA Partners.
