This position requires a proactive customer-focused individual with an exceptional eye for detail and be a natural communicator and builds relationships at all levels, willingness to deliver a 5* business service to the staff and visitors of Shell London Campus.
What you’ll do:
* Meetings rooms /Floor under your control are all fully operational, all customer requests are actioned in a timely manner and a 5-Star service is provided with positive feedback from users.
* Conduct site induction tours to the agreed plan and support events as required.
* Deliver a consistent level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed on performance.
* Provide accurate and timely reports to support the management of the floor.
* Be approachable, warm, and friendly as we support & welcome Shell employees to their exciting workplace and connect with their team.
* Ensure that any administration, emails, diaries, and reports are kept up to date.
* Assist Catering operation including serving refreshments, lunches and setting up events.
* Complete all records and audits as directed accurately and in a timely manner.
What you bring:
* Ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, can-do attitude, passion for people and have a strong understanding and experience working in an environment where you can embark on a vision of high standard customer journey service delivery in a corporate environment.
* Be approachable, warm, and friendly.
* Strong levels of resilience and a proven ability to manage conflict and problem solve will ensure your success in the fantastic role.
* Great Organizational Skills, ability to work on own initiatives and as part of a wider service team.
* Experience in working in a multi-service environment and team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and to able communicate naturally.
* Highly presentable and personable.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Knowledge of H&S.
* Problem-solving with AV and 1st line support preferred.
* Good IT skills and knowledge.
* Ability to rapidly adjust to his/her work scheme and priorities to be able to adjust to a very dynamic work environment.
