Job Opportunity: Chef de Partié
We are currently recruiting Chef de Partié to work at Premier League Football stadiums on Match Days!
Choose between ongoing contract work at set venues or flexible shifts that allow you to pick and choose your events.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated catering team committed to delivering high-quality, seasonal, and locally sourced fresh produce to customers. You will work as part of a catering team and use your initiative at venues including sports stadia, racecourses, hotels, arenas, and some of the UK's top heritage and tourist sites.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Cook according to specifications and service requirements.
2. Maintain product quality and control standards set by the stadiums.
3. Liaise with Front of House Staff and Management to ensure smooth delivery.
4. Manage stock control and waste.
5. Adhere to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Maintenance standards.
6. Follow all relevant legislation, including Health and Safety at Work and COSHH.

Candidate Requirements
* Valid food hygiene certificate.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery or relevant experience.
