We are seeking a Client Project Delivery Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of client projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in quality, cost, and risk management. Typical project values are under £1m, with 40-70% within that scope. You will manage 10-25 low-complexity projects per year. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initial planning to final handover. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project performance, ensuring objectives are met within agreed timeframes and budgets. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project progress. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Client Engagement Support the CSD in providing accurate and timely project updates. Build strong relationships with clients and internal commercial teams. Ensure client expectations are managed and any issues are addressed proactively. Team Leadership Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution. Assign tasks, track progress, and foster accountability across teams. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to support team development. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk registers and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and stored appropriately. Skills & Experience Required Fluent English speaker with strong project management, construction, and engineering vocabulary. Proven experience in engineering or asset project management within a client-facing role. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects efficiently. Proficiency in project management tools (ideally MS Project ). Experience in procurement, supplier management, and financial reporting. Desirable Qualifications Formal Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM).
