Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service in person, over the phone, and via email.
2. Effectively manage the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to service completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
3. Use proactive sales techniques to maximise service profitability, including upselling additional services and products such as repairs and parts.
4. Handle customer inquiries about parts, vehicle sales, and repairs, offering expert advice and solutions.
5. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including booking appointments, processing service orders, and updating customer records.
6. Liaise between customers and the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing and repairs.
