About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday Role Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will creatively develop OCS's visual identity and design outputs. From conceptualising
innovative ideas to delivering polished designs, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to create materials that reflect
the professionalism and dynamism of the OCS brand. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with office attendance based on the
business's needs and at the manager's discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Creative Leadership: ○ Develop and lead creative concepts for campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with OCS's goals and
brand values. ○ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling, high-quality designs.
2. Brand Design and Development:
○ Shape and evolve the OCS visual identity, maintaining consistency across all materials and channels.
○ Design and refine branding elements such as logos, templates, and visual guidelines.
○ Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to OCS's visual and tonal standards.
3. Design Production:
○ Deliver polished, professional designs for print and digital outputs, including brochures, presentations, social
media assets, and advertisements.
○ Produce artwork for large-scale projects such as tenders, events, and internal campaigns.
○ Ensure all design work meets technical specifications and is production-ready.
4. Collaboration and Mentorship:
○ Partner with marketing, content, and external collaborators to ensure creative alignment.
○ Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
5. Innovation and Trend Awareness: ○ Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure OCS remains at the forefront of
creative innovation.
○ Proactively introduce new ideas and approaches to enhance the team's output.
What We're Looking For:
● Expertise in Design: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Creative Problem-Solving: Proven ability to interpret briefs and deliver innovative, on-brand solutions.
● Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for design, ensuring every piece of work is pixel-perfect and production-ready.
● Time Management: Strong organisational skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
● Team Player: A collaborative mindset that can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
● Experience: At least 5 years in a professional design role, with expertise in branding, print, and digital design.
