Office based
Hours: 8.30-5.30pm Mon- Friday & a Saturday on a rota basis x 2 a month from 8-12 noon
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys a busy pace of work and delighting customers. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with previous experience of working on a service desk for a motor dealer, or a transport supervisor/manager. We are also open to workshop controllers who have worked within a dealer network.
Your role:
• Booking and scheduling servicing, MOT’s, PMI’s and other general maintenance for customers
• Liaising with our technicians and external garages
• Liaising with customers for drop off / pick up
• Managing breakdowns for customers
• Customer Onboarding: Arrange terms and conditions for new clients.
• Documentation & Compliance: Gather 3rd party insurance and compliance documentation as needed
• Record-Keeping: File remittance advice notes and maintain organised records

• Relevant experience in similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills
• IT literate, confident using MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
• Customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
• Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
