We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work on a number of exciting digital and technology projects across our digital portfolio. You will be responsible for overall governance, planning and successfully delivering high profile and highly impactful projects/programmes to time, cost and quality. You will have robust project management skills to control and manage risks, budgets, plans, governance, as well as experience of managing a number of key stakeholders eg: senior managers, suppliers, Subject Matter Experts. You will lead on delivering projects through a matrix management structure. You will use your skills in resource planning to ensure that specialist capabilities needed for the project are identified, scheduled and supported to deliver the project successfully. You will also lead on robust transition planning to manage the handover of project work back to the business once the project is complete, ensuring the benefits of the project are set up to be realised and Enfield services can continue to improve the lives and outcomes of our residents. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as part of a diverse hybrid-working team, with a good understanding of digital trends, technologies and practices that strengthen the project management community. You'll deliver using waterfall, agile and hybrid methods and enjoy working openly, collaboratively and as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on one or more projects at a time.
