Job Title: Girls Physical Education Teacher
Location: Redcar
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time. Pay rate is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Job Duties:
1. Develop and deliver engaging and effective physical education lessons for female students
2. Evaluate and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement
3. Create and implement individualised learning plans to cater to the diverse needs of students
4. Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and conduct
6. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall development of students
Required Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Unqualified Teacher with extensive experience teaching Secondary ages
2. Degree in Physical Education or a related field
3. Experience teaching physical education to secondary school students
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
1. Demonstrated understanding of the national curriculum for physical education
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
4. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialisation in Physical Education
2. Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
1. Full-time position, temporary contract
2. Work hours may include evenings and weekends for extracurricular activities
