Mechanical & Electrical Projects Administrator
A leading Facilities Management contractor specializing in full HVAC M&E projects and maintenance contracts is looking for a driven Projects Administrator to join the team, based in Dartford. This role supports the Project Managers with financial, administrative, coordination, and quality assurance support. Paid up to £32K with the opportunity to progress into Project Management if this is of interest.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform a wide variety of administrative and financial duties.
2. Produce reports for monthly status updates.
3. Carry out finance reporting for P&L reviews, forecasting, debt, WIP, and OPO's.
4. Raise Subcontractor Purchase orders and sales invoices.
5. Update and develop documentation such as H&S and CDM files.
6. Provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects and Senior Project Managers.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in a project coordinator role.
2. Experience in M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance administration.
3. Ability to commute to Dartford.
4. A can-do attitude with a drive to progress within the business.
5. Concept and finance experience would be a great benefit.
