The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is seeking an experienced Culture & Collaboration Lead to play a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration as we develop the Sizewell C nuclear power station. As the Culture & Collaboration Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing key cultural and leadership programmes across the CWA. Your expertise will help foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring that Sizewell C operates with the highest standards of leadership and operational excellence. In this role, you will: Lead the development of the Leadership & Behaviours Programme, ensuring alignment with CWA values and driving leadership at all levels. Implement and champion a Health & Safety Culture Programme, ensuring safety is ingrained in every aspect of the project. Establish and sustain a Quality Culture Programme focused on continuous improvement and excellence in every project phase. Promote collaboration across teams, driving effective communication and team-building initiatives that enhance productivity and cohesion. Engage with stakeholders across various levels, collecting feedback and aligning initiatives with broader strategic goals. Manage a team of project managers and facilitators, ensuring the successful delivery of all cultural and leadership programmes. To thrive in this role, you will need: Proven experience in organisational and cultural change management, ideally within large-scale projects or complex organisations. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Proven experience in driving cultural change, developing leadership programmes, and implementing quality and safety initiatives. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with Agile & Lean methodologies and experience in data analysis and visualisation to track programme success.
