Please see below for detailed job description of the role.
We are looking for strong leaders and highly motivated Sister/Charge nurses with excellent communication skills with a real passion for nursing to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic, specialist 18-bedded elective orthopaedic ward (F4).
F4 caters to hip, knee, shoulder and other types of upper and lower limb replacements including complex revision surgeries. It also uses an enhanced recovery pathway for elective patients, which is supported by an elective nurse practitioner. As F4 is an elective ward, there is a fast turnover and rehabilitation of patients. Our length of patient stay has an average of 3-4 days. You’ll also be given a chance to care for people who have PCA’s, epidural and local infusions post-operatively. Training is readily available for you to access, for example, trauma & orthopaedic course, trauma awareness days, among others, specific to orthopaedics.
The varied and complex case mix plus a commitment to role development in a visionary manner makes this an excellent opportunity.

We believe that using technology wisely shows strong time management and commitment to innovation. However, personalizing your recruitment application to highlight your unique skills and experiences is crucial. Relying too heavily on generic, AI-generated content instead of drawing from your own strengths and accomplishments may lead to your application being rejected if multiple candidates present identical or similar information.
