OVERVIEW
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant to support the Golf Operations Manager in delivering the business objectives of the Golf Operation.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for someone with at least a year's experience in a supervisory role from within the hospitality environment. You must play off a Golf handicap of 18 or less as entertaining clients on the golf course may form part of the role. You should have the experience to conduct meetings and deliver presentations to both teams and clients and have successfully led events. You will have the ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop staff. This should all be done to the highest of standards within a business with defined delivery standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will assist the Golf Operations Manager in overseeing all Golf Operation Areas, delivering the ultimate in guest experience in all golf related areas. You will continually be developing ways of increasing quality of service in order to exceed guests’ expectations. You will be hands on, delivering five-star service to our guests and ensuring that the team is performing at the highest level at all times.
