The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
2. Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
3. Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
4. Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
5. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
6. Strong customer service focus
7. Team oriented
8. High school diploma or equivalent
9. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
11. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
12. Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
