What You'll Do:
* Generate New Business: Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound cold calling and turn prospects into loyal customers.
* Account Management: Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, manage their accounts for the first 6 months, and maximise their potential with our fuel cards.
* Sales Excellence: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and the market, and use your sales skills to build strong relationships and achieve targets.
* Customer Satisfaction: Provide top-notch service, respond to inquiries, and keep customer records up to date on our CRM system.
* Team Player: Be a role model for new starters and junior staff, promoting best practices and sharing your knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Proven senior telesales experience with a track record of success.
* Communication: Excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport and close sales.
* Resilience: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Independence: Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
* Results-Driven: Target-conscious and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.

* Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE, with an OTE of £50,000 per annum.
