As a HR Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our people-first approach, ensuring seamless HR operations across the business. What You’ll Be Doing This is a varied and hands-on role, providing essential support across the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Managing employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding to offboarding. Delivering engaging HR inductions for new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. Co-ordinating wellbeing and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace. Handling payroll input and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Supporting employee relations activity to assist HR Business Partners, including note-taking at formal meetings. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries via our digital helpdesk, providing advice and escalating where needed. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent HR support. You’ll need: Experience in an HR administration or co-ordination role. A strong understanding of key HR processes, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A people-focused mindset, with great communication skills. Experience using HR systems and managing data accurately. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. For the right person, there will be opportunities to study towards CIPD qualifications as part of their development. Why Join Fintel?
