ROLE SUMMARY Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager to ensure that commercial documents are administered in compliance with procedural requirements. ROLE DESCRIPTION Provide administrative support to Commercial team Assist with the control and distribution of information to the Commercial Team Manage new subcontractor registrations and necessary approvals (on NAV system) Record subcontracts which are issued and returned Manage subcontractor database, keeping insurances and policies up to date (on NAV system) Manage and track subcontractor commerical documentation Manage execution and filing of contract documentation, issuing to relevant stakeholders Manage executive and filing of collateral warranties, issues to relevant stakeholders Create short form call off subcontracts, with guidance from project Quantity Surveyor Ensure project budgets are uploaded onto NAV Place orders and payment of invoices for maintenance works which take place at the Lisburn facility Process labour agency invoices and maintain schedule of agency labour costs Process factory labour invoices Process sub-contractor payments on NAV Process payments for crane hire and transport on NAV Monitor email account for subcontractor invoices and distribute emails to appropriate Quantity Surveyor Promote and ensure a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with SHE Policies and Procedures Work with the wider McAvoy Team to effectively represent and grow the business and contribute to the culture of innovation and continuous improvement Carry out other duties that are consistent with the job holders knowledge and skills to assist the company in achieving its goals and objectives.
