We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Western Australia on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
As our BDM, you will be the essential link between our Qscan clinics and client base of General Practitioners, Specialists and Allied Health referrers. The clinics covered by this position are based in Wembley, Rockingham and Midland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Confidently and passionately communicate the value of Qscan's services to GPs, specialists, allied health practitioners and other relevant referrer practices.
2. Develop and implement a territory plan in alignment with business needs, including gathering data and reporting on referral trends and market intelligence with management and clinic leaders.
3. Take ownership of any marketing requirements (including utilising social media or other relevant platforms), with the support and expertise of our marketing team.
4. Build and manage key relationships between Qscan clinic staff and our referrer practices.
About You
Alongside your broad range of experience in sales, marketing and/or territory management, you are also tech-savvy and willing to jump in and give things a go.
You will also have:
1. Experience engaging with clinical staff including GPs, specialists and Allied Health practitioners.
2. A sound understanding of the value of medical services and products and ability to communicate this effectively with others.
3. The ability to take initiative in determining market needs and implement a plan to address those needs.
4. Proven ability to drive positive business outcomes; meet targets and objectives through sales and relationship management initiatives.
5. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
6. A clinical background or relevant experience in Radiology will be highly regarded.
