Circet UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Programme Coordinator. The Programme Coordinator will be a dedicated member of the project team, adhering to procedures, focused on delivering high-quality service, being highly productive, and mindful of costs.
The Programme Coordinator executes job plans by coordinating and scheduling assignments, managing materials logistics with partners and customers to complete projects on time and within budget. The Coordinator acts as the single point of contact for customers, sales, and operations on fixed bid projects, while preparing and submitting customer-required status reports and project deliverables.
Responsibilities as a Programme Coordinator include:
* Coordination for large buildouts and infrastructure refreshes.
* Interfacing with Project Managers and customer representatives.
* Initiating and monitoring scheduling of completion dates.
* Updating databases to track jobs.
* Resolving customer concerns.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience Required:
* One-year proven experience in an administrative role.
* Experience working within a full project life cycle.
* Good understanding of project governance and control.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn various systems.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Discretion handling confidential/sensitive information.
* High attention to detail.
* Customer service skills.
* Technical knowledge or basic telecom experience is advantageous.
* Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
* Conflict management and resolution skills; ability to build consensus, anticipate, and solve problems.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple, sometimes competing priorities.
* Effective communication skills for interpreting policies, persuasion, and presenting.
* Ability to work within a dynamic team and provide leadership to Circet’s workforce.
