1. Provide admin support to the transformation communications team. 2. Draft social media posts, including taking pictures/videos of staff to include. 3. Support the production of publications for internal audiences, including transformation newsletters, members magazine Together, monthly online magazine The Brief and twice weekly Staff Bulletin. 4. Support in event planning and delivery, including bookings and managing RSVPs, to ensure they run smoothly and to plan. 5. Design and coordinate screensavers across all sites. 6. Update patient information screens across the hospitals. 7. Update intranet, website and app with latest news and events. 8. Ensure distribution lists for key internal and external audiences, including the media, are up to date. 9. Support communications colleagues with campaigns and key projects.
