Job Description
Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of projects, from planning to implementation.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
* Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
* An educational background in Construction Management or a related field.
* 5+ years ICI focused project management experience.
* Proven work experience in project management in the Property industry.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
