Job Description:
GRG Executive has exclusively partnered with a dynamic international Logistics business, seeking a motivated Head of Commercial to oversee the development and growth of their new verticals focused around Luxury Retail, Fine Art and High Value Minerals. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with growth plans on a global scale!
This role can be based in the UK, Germany or Dubai.
Key Duties:
1. Develop, own, and execute the go-to-market strategy for entry into new high value sectors.
2. Act as the sector Head, ensuring the business is prepared for market entry across all business functions working closely with operations.
3. Work closely with the CEO, CCO, COO, and executive team to build a scalable, sustainable business model aligned with overall strategic objectives.
4. Develop teams of both commercially and operationally focused individuals to further develop the offering.
5. Develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing models, service structures, and client acquisition plans.
6. Prepare compelling proposals & negotiate contracts.
7. Drive partnerships and alliances that support business growth and enhance service offerings.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Currently working within Luxury Retail, Fine Art or High Value Goods industry In-House or within a Logistics business that supports these brands.
2. Experience building and leading teams both domestically and internationally.
