I am seeking a Resourcing Co-Coordinator based in Birmingham on a temporary basis for an initial 4 months. This will be 2 days working onsite and 3 days working from home. Resourcing Co-Coordinators responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding new hires Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process Use recruitment software to manage candidate data and track progress against recruitment targets Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment activity and progress Resourcing Co-Coordinator Skills: Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience using recruitment software, with a good understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
