Lawyer - Dispute Resolution & Compliance needed in Morden The rate is £40.16ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is: 5254293 The successful candidate should be an experienced Housing Lawyer with the ability to manage own caseload of housing management cases including disrepair, succession and non-occupation/subletting claims. The candidate is also required to attend Court and conduct advocacy and therefore a sound knowledge of the pre-action protocols and Civil Procedure Rules are essential. 1-2 days per week at Merton Civic offices attendance but negotiable.
