Purpose
We are looking for a Resource Manager & In-House Recruiter who can champion our workplace culture that embodies all of our values: Conscious Operators, Dependable Forces, and Fearlessly Imaginative. The candidate should be someone who is not only passionate about orchestrating flawless resource processes but also brings a talent for headhunting and sourcing the right people to build and enrich our team. This role will balance internal recruitment with resource allocation, ensuring that both our full-time team and freelance network are primed for success. The ideal candidate will be proactive in reaching out through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, creating a skilled and diverse talent pool that drives event excellence.
