Your New Role…
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind bringing in new clients and business for our RTS Health & Care team. You'll connect with senior leaders in some of the biggest public sector organizations in the country. Your role is key to our success, and we'll be with you every step of the way.

Skills and Experience:
* Proven success in sales and new business development and the ability to demonstrate this in interview
* Senior stakeholder management
Experience in at least one of the following is preferred:
* Consultancy/managed services
* Care/SEND/public sector industry alignment=
* Resourcing/recruitment experience
