You will assist fee earners in the Private Client department, supporting the team with a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and draft legal documents for wills, probate and estate administration
* Manage client correspondence and provide a friendly, professional service
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm-wide standards
* Handle file management tasks, including opening, updating and closing files
* Liaise with third parties such as banks, executors and other stakeholders
* Provide diary management and schedule appointments for fee earners
* Assist with gathering and sharing information as required to progress cases
You:
