Now, they're looking for a driven Account Manager to play a key role in their continued success. The Role This is a hybrid sales role that blends account management and "new business" development. You’ll be responsible for: Managing and growing existing customer relationships – identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Microsoft solutions. Closing new business deals – converting leads generated by the BDR and marketing teams into revenue. Acting as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the right Microsoft cloud solutions. Collaborating with technical teams to tailor solutions that drive business value for customers. With a strong pipeline of leads and a solid customer base, you’ll be stepping into a role with real earning potential. Your Experience To thrive in this role, you must have: ✅ Proven experience in Account Management or "New Biz" within an MSP or Microsoft Partner ✅ Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud solutions – Azure, M365, and Microsoft Security. ✅ A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. ✅ The ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. ✅ A commercial mindset with the drive to identify new revenue opportunities.
