If you’re passionate about building a future career in Estate Agency and eager to make your mark within a growing company, we’d love to hear from you As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will receive: Basic salary up to £22,500 Profit share Full training and support, with the opportunity to gain professional qualifications Career progression opportunities Mileage covered 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as a flexible working environment Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm Saturdays 9.30am - 12.30pm (a day off in lieu to be given when worked) Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements: The ability to work well in a team and the capacity to use initiative whilst working on your own Strong written and verbal communication skills – someone who genuinely cares about helping others A keen desire to deliver a fantastic customer experience by being able to engage with a variety of consumers Excellent IT and administration skills A full UK driving licence and access to your own car Eagerness to learn and with a passion and drive to succeed/progress within a respected family-run business The key duties of the Trainee Sales Negotiator will include: Register Applicants and Vendors, as well as attend property viewings Actively generate property valuations and viewings Negotiate offers Progress transactions to successful completion Maintain and organise filing systems General administrative tasks
