Meraki Talent’s Financial Services client are looking for a Client Service / Investment Administrator to join their team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team and for this individual to have a really broad role across the whole operations spectrum.
Responsibilities of the Client Service / Investment Administrator:
-Acting as a primary point of contact for client queries and enquiries
-Overseeing the end to end client lifecycle process and respective operating models for operations
-Ensuring client service excellence
-Owning all client administration tasks and processes including client onboarding, payments, transfers, settlements, ect….
Background of the Client Service / Investment Administrator:
-Experience working within the financial services sector is essential
-Experience working in either an investment operations/administration or client facing capacity within financial services
-Strong client facing, numerical, administrative, and organisational skills
