Deputy Nursery Manager
Salary: £29,000 - £33,000
Full-Time Hours, Monday-Friday, All year round

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of our client's brand-new nursery, working closely with the Nursery Manager to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and families.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting to demonstrate sound leadership and operational proficiency.
* Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and robust knowledge of safeguarding practices.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve their best while delivering outstanding outcomes.
* Dedicated to meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining superior standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of the nursery, prioritizing the delivery of high-quality care and education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Mentoring and leading the nursery staff, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the maintenance of exceptional standards of care and professionalism.
* Efficiently managing resources and staff schedules to optimize the effectiveness of the nursery's operations while upholding the highest levels of quality and service.
* Cultivating strong, transparent communication and partnership with parents and carers to establish trust and actively support the developmental journey of the children.
* Playing a pivotal role in staff recruitment, training, and performance management to cultivate a skilled and highly motivated team.
* Contributing to the creation and implementation of nursery policies and procedures to craft a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children's growth and development.
