Job Description
Learning Support Assistant
Full-time, temporary role (8:30am-3:30pm)
Key Responsibilities
* Assist KS1 students in their academic and personal development.
* Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Provide 1:1 support for students who require additional assistance.
* Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications And Skills
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in education or childcare.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their well-being.
* Flexibility and adaptability to support the evolving needs of the classroom.
