The suitable candidate will be working across the Outpatient Department and the Eye Centre. Main duties of the job Duties and responsibilities: In this role you will support in assessing patients health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patients needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect, collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others. To assist the qualified nursing staff, under their supervision, in providing a high quality, comprehensive nursing service to all patients and users As a HCA, duties will include routine tasks related to the delivery of care to ensure our patients health and well-being.
