For the successful HR Administrator our client is offering:
1. £24,000 - £28,000 PRO RATA
2. 20 - 30 hours between Monday to Friday 0830 and 1700
3. Permanent

The role - HR Administrator:
5. Issuing job offers and coordinating the on-boarding of new employees
6. Coordinating the off-boarding process for employees leaving the business
7. Coordinating the probationary process - sending reminders to managers and issuing correspondence to employees
8. Administering contract variations
9. Providing administration support to Senior HR Advisor; minute taking, drafting performance improvement letters, etc
10. Assist with the recruitment process
11. Keep all current HR information correct and in line with General Data Protection Regulation
What our client is looking for in a HR & Recruitment Coordinator:
12. Previous experience working within a HR / Human Resources team administratively- ESSENTIAL
13. CIPD Level 3 Qualification - DESIREABLE
14. Experience with Recruitment Coordination / HR Document Administration - ESSENTIAL
15. Confident Communicator
16. Part-Time hour availability - ESSENTIAL
