The Client Support will be responsible for (but not limited to):
* Capture recommendations and new business activity accurately and correctly within the client record
* Submit, process and monitor client transactions, record associated income estimates and maintain records on a timely basis
* Maintain client record information accurately and in line with best-practice guidance
* Schedule diary events and client meetings in a practical and effective way
* Conduct client presentations of our client portal
* Review, issue and follow up reports to clients
* Be a point of contact for client queries and manage client expectation throughout the JCW advice journey through regular and appropriate communication
* Prepare and maintain simple cash-management records, Our team is made up of people who've taken varied routes through their careers. * Have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

* Essential: Experience in processing new business in a financial services firm
* Desirable: Holds a certificate in financial services or is working towards it
