Overall aim of the role: We are looking for a someone who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service in a new dual role as a Floatation Therapist and Sales Assistant at Nirvana Spa. As a Floatation Therapist you will introduce customers to the unique experience of the Celestial Floatation pool, Hydro Massage Beds and Mud Rasul, ensuring our customers get the most out of their treatment. You will also carry out daily operational procedures including pool safety, pool monitoring and pool water quality testing. As a Nirvana Spa Sales Assistant, you will be passionate about our customers, our team, and our products. Selling the full product assortment within the Nirvana Spa shop with items ranging from souvenirs, clothing, skincare products and more. We are looking for someone who has a flexible approach to hours which includes working every other weekend on a 4-week rolling rota. (We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if suitable candidates are found) What you ll do: Key responsibilities for each part of this role will include: Floatation Therapist: Promote Floatation Treatments to ensure that bookings levels are maximised by engaging with customers and informing them of the day s availability. You will liaise with the front of house teams who will support you in increasing your daily bookings. Engage with customers to provide authentic and personalised customer service. Commit to the department customer journey practices and client care, to ensure consistency on each client visit. Achieve individual monthly product sales targets within the floatation department by recommending products following each treatment. Be punctual to ensure that treatments start at the correct time. Be comfortable working in temperatures of up to 35 degrees. Attend all team meetings and necessary training courses mainly National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC). Maintain levels of cleanliness through the day including morning deep cleans. To carry out regular pool testing to ensure the highest standard of pool hygiene is maintained, reporting any anomalies that fall outside our pre-set parameters. To captively monitor pool usage to ensure customer comfort and safety and react calmly and promptly to any emergency. Sales Assistant: You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service when processing sales, offering advice and recommendations based on customers needs. Keep the sales floor well stocked with beautifully presented products, carrying out operational tasks such as unpacking deliveries when required. Provide a great shopping environment for our customers ensuring our stores are clean, tidy, and presentable. Deliver a great shopping experience for customers, putting customers before task every time.
