About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a skilled receptionist to provide frontline reception and administration support for Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke’s Bay.
About the Team/Service/ Location
In this Fixed Term role, you will work closely with the volunteers and be the first point of call for all consumers, visitors and staff that present to Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Maui, Hawke’s Bay.

About you
Naturally you will be able to recognise the needs, aims and aspirations of whanau from all culturally diverse groups within our community. We are ideally looking for someone with several years’ experience in a busy role, and it is essential that you have the following skills:
* Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and related functions e.g. mail merge, plus computer savvy to learn the other software packages used.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally.
* Multi-tasking ability
* Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.
* You will be required to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail.
